Step-by-Step Setup Guide
1. Open System Settings: Click the Apple logo in the top-left corner of your screen and select System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS versions).
2. Go to Internet Accounts: Scroll down the left sidebar and click on Internet Accounts.
3. Add Account: Click the Add Account… button at the bottom of your account list.
4. Choose Exchange: Select Microsoft Exchange from the list of account providers.
5. Enter Your Details: Type in your name and full Exchange email address, then click Sign In.
6. Authenticate with Microsoft: A prompt will ask you to “Configure Manually” or “Sign In”. Choose Sign In to open Microsoft’s secure login window. Enter your password and complete any required two-factor authentication (like a text code or an authenticator push notification).
7. Select Apps: Choose which data you want to sync to your Mac—Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, or Notes.
8. Finish: Click Done. Your email will automatically begin syncing inside the Apple Mail app

• Open the Settings app on your device.
• Scroll down and tap Apps, then select Mail (on older software versions, tap Mail directly from the main settings menu).
• Tap Mail Accounts.
• Choose the email account that needs the new password.
• If you see a Re-enter Password or Update Password prompt, tap it and log in with your new password.
